Frozen at issue
An issued certificate never changes, and numbers run in sequence in the format you choose. A correction is a new certificate, and the original is marked as replaced.
Approved by named people
Only people you authorise can approve. Their name and the date of issue are on every certificate.
Test weights on record
Every weight set, each weight’s class, its calibration history and the lab’s certificate. Each certificate names the set used, and an out-of-date set is flagged.
A full audit trail
Who captured, approved or corrected each certificate, and when. In the customer portal, every view, download and approval is recorded too.
