For engineers
Take the readings once, at the scale.
The tablet works all day with no signal. The certificate is drafted from what the engineer enters, so nobody types it up again.
Errors and verdicts as you type
Linearity, eccentricity and repeatability, as found and again after an adjustment.
- No sums: error is calculated, never typed, and each row shows pass or fail.
- Multiple ranges: the range is picked per reading.
- Eccentricity: a reading at each position on the platform, with the positions laid out for that scale.
- Repeatability: the same load weighed several times, with the spread shown.
- Weights: the set used goes on the certificate. An out-of-date set has to be acknowledged.
- Verdict: pass, fail, or pass after adjustment.
Error and verdict are worked out as each reading is typed. A fail shows while you're still at the scale.
Built for plant rooms, cold stores and weighbridges
Offline all day
Everything is saved on the tablet and syncs when there’s a bar of signal, photos included.
Forty scales on one site
Search by the last digits of a worn serial plate, see what’s done and what’s left, and add a scale you find there, even offline.
Can’t test it?
Record why: no access, unsafe, not found, not enough weights. The office sees it straight away.
Repairs start on site
Raise a repair at the scale and flag the parts it needs. The office can start on it before the machine even gets back.
Signed on the tablet
The customer and the engineer both sign at the end of the visit.
Call-outs
What was reported, what was found and fixed, and the response time against the customer’s target.
