Every scale on a site is due on that site's date, so the list builds itself. No wall chart, no spreadsheet.

Drag the site onto an engineer's day, agree the date with the customer, and send it to their tablet.

Errors are calculated as each reading is entered, so a fail shows while you're still on site. Works offline.
